Has this 'cloud' hampered Keatts' recruiting?
Man, imagine if the NCAA could’ve just done this months or even years ago. Keatts has been handicapped in recruiting for something from the Gott era that resulted in very little punishment from the IARP.

Dana Welch said the IARP didn't want to punish the current student-athletes playing for NC State, hence no postseason ban.
