Let's Get into it!

I've got to start with the ridiculous ending to game 1 of the FSU series. Reid Johnston threw a gem of a game but was left in just a little bit too long. He gave up a game tying grand salami that could have been the crushing blow but the Pack rallied. Evan Justice came in and held off the Noles and in the bottom of the 9th, red-hot Johnny Butler lead off with a double which was promptly followed up by a Luca Tresh 2-run bomb to end the game. Great start to the weekend and the Wolfpack Weekly!

I'm sure the Russell Wilson deniers won't acknowledge this happened but RW came back to campus to give the commencement speech to the graduating class. He did an excellent job and you can watch the stream below but also the quick QA video with RW is worth the watch.

Brandon Costner and J. Cole light up the African League

David Thompson, not that one, has a fantastic piece on NC State OL Tyrone Riley who is in his 7th year of college football. Must read.

Former NC State hoops commit, Josh Hall, had himself a night.

NC State Men's golf finished top 5 in the regionals and earned a trip to the NCAA Championship. Coach Press continues to do a fantastic job with the program.

CJ Clark is starting to get some attention from the publications as Rivals acknowledges Clark's potential as the #6 breakout player for 2021

And finally, Athlon Sports has 11 players from NC State's 2021 Football team on their pre-season All-ACC teams.  I didn't see anyone else talking about it so here's my tweet.
